Santa Barbara shaper Ryan Lovelace is trying to build his first full line of eco friendly surfboards with help from Kickstarter. The completed boards will be auctioned off at an art show and benefit to highlight the new technology, with the profits going to the Save Naples Coalition: a small non-profit that’s helping protect one of the last areas of privately owned coastline on the Gaviota coast from development.
