The third season of East Bound And Down has finally arrived. The first episode premiered on HBO this past Sunday night and kicked off the season with a serious bang. The opening scene featured Kenny Powers going out for a “surf” at Myrtle Beach. When he gets snaked by a surfer, redneck hilarity ensues. Locals only grommet! Gitcha sum.
